We have agreed that Azerbaijan should return to a permanent peace and settlement dialogue with Armenia, EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Josep Borrell stated at the press conference.
"President Aliyev's recent territorial ambitions are very worrying. Any violation of the territorial integrity of Armenia will be unacceptable and will have serious consequences for our relations with Azerbaijan," Borell stated.
