"Gaza's decision will allow de-escalation in other parts of the Middle East," UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said, adding that he was "extremely concerned about the issue of Lebanon."
"We cannot have another Gaza in Lebanon," Guterres said, adding that he sees severe efforts by the Lebanese government, the United States, and other countries.
