Bulgaria and Romania will require a Schengen visa

From March 31, Bulgaria and Romania will partially enter the Schengen zone and start requiring tourists' Schengen visas. Thus, from April 1, 2024, Bulgaria and Romania will start issuing short-term Schengen visas, according to the SchengenVisaInfo platform.

Both countries are said to issue Schengen C visas, which allow entry and stay in the zone for up to 90 days within 180 days.
