The USA wants to see a more precise plan for Ukraine to start a war against Russia. This topic will be raised with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Davos next week. As Bloomberg reports, Jake Sullivan, the US President's National Security Adviser, will talk to Zelensky on this topic.
"Officials in Washington are concerned that disagreements between Zelensky and his army chief, Valery Zaluzhny, are slowing efforts to develop a new strategy," writes Bloomberg.
