The Defense Ministries of Turkey, Romania, and Bulgaria have signed a memorandum on establishing a naval mine clearance team in the Black Sea, the Turkish Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The agreement implies the beginning of planning the work of a joint group of minelayers, which will deal with drift mines.
