CNN reports that, amid a massive crackdown on the opposition and the Catholic Church by President Daniel Ortega's government, Nicaraguan authorities arrested a second bishop on Thursday.
Bishop Isidoro Mora of the Siuna Church was arrested after participating in the mass for the anniversary of the Matagalpa church.
