The US Department of Defense announced that the head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, is still in the hospital. There is no specific date for his discharge yet.
Austin remains at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center but is recovering and in good spirits, Pentagon press secretary Patrick Ryder said.
"At the moment, we do not have a clear date for his discharge," said the statement released by the US Department of Defense representative.
You do know the head of the Pentagon was taken to the hospital last Monday, January 1, with complications after a planned medical procedure.
