Russia does not stand in the way of US efforts to support Armenia and Azerbaijan

US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller announced that Russia in no way stands in the way of US diplomatic efforts to support Armenia and Azerbaijan, and we will continue to pursue them.
Turning to the issue of a possible meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia in the US, Miller noted that if such an agreement is reached, Washington will make a statement on the matter.
