Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba stated that Europeans must learn how to fight, and weapons production is not the most common topic. Kuleba added that the problem is not the quality of European weapons but the inability to scale the production of technological weapons. "It will not be enough if the situation does not change. And then Russia will be ahead of us," he admitted.
