During the end-of-year press conference, Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov referred to the meetings of the border delimitation delegations and the Foreign Ministers.
"In principle, the foreign ministers and delegations of Armenia and Azerbaijan can meet at the state border if it does not create any peculiarities. We made such a proposal. As for the prospect of holding such meetings in Azerbaijan and Armenia, when the time comes, then why not? I think we will see it sooner or later," Bayramov said.
