Elchin Amirbekov, representative of the President of Azerbaijan on special assignments, announced: "Baku and Yerevan are not so far from a peace agreement."
"It is important to understand that at this crucial stage of the negotiations, when we are not so far from the final agreement, we need results-oriented actions," Amirbekov said, as quoted by The Guardian.
