The Palestinian terror group Hamas on Wednesday denied a statement by Iran's armed forces that its October 7 attack on Israel was in retaliation for the killing of a senior Iranian commander nearly four years ago.
The representative of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Ramadan Sharif, stated on Wednesday that the attack by Hamas on Israel was a response to the 2020 killing of Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani, who was killed in a US airstrike.
