The President of Moldova, Maya Sandu, accused Russia of plans to destabilize the country before the November 2024 presidential elections.
"We believe that Russia will continue its attempts to destabilize the situation here. They will most likely start around spring. People who are here will be used; tactics may change. We must study the lessons of local elections, analyze them, and take measures to protect citizens' votes and democratic elections," Sandu said in an interview with the PRO-TV channel.
