The Bulgarian parliament has approved providing aid to Ukraine for 3.6 billion euros, thus ratifying the agreement with the European Commission, which launched the second phase of planned aid.
As reported by Bulgarian novinite.com, 116 deputies voted in favor of the decision, and 54 deputies abstained or were against it.
