Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, speaking at the meeting of foreign ministers of Eastern Partnership countries, referred to Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
"Mutual recognition and respect for each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity is the only way to sustainable peace, stability, and prosperity in the South Caucasus.
We call on all EU institutions and member states to provide constructive support or at least refrain from actions that could damage this necessary settlement process, as we unfortunately saw in the context of the canceled leaders' meeting in Granada. We are sorry for this because this process can help bring the parties' positions closer together," he noted.
