"Ukraine's security guarantee is the expansion of arms supplies." Borell

Upon arriving at the meeting with the Foreign Ministers of the Eastern Partnership of the EU, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security of the European Union, Josep Borrell, announced that the European Commission has drawn up and proposed "advanced security guarantees" for Ukraine to EU countries, which include expanding the Europeace Fund to finance new arms supplies; the decision will be made at the EU summit on December 14-15. 

"At the end of this week, at the EU summit, we will present advanced security guarantees for Ukraine," Borell said. "The ministers will also discuss how to continue expanding our support," he added.
