The French Foreign Ministry states that France will allocate another 15 million euros in urgent humanitarian aid to Armenia and those displaced from Artsakh.
"These additional mobilization efforts will support the activities of NGOs, the ICRC, the Armenian Red Cross, and UN agencies for the reception and social, medical, educational, and financial support of vulnerable population groups.
This support is also accompanied by the efforts of civil society and French territorial authorities to benefit the Armenian population," the statement said.
It is noted that the amount of aid allocated by France to Armenia in 2023 generally amounts to 27.5 million euros.
