Lebanon plans to resolve border issues with Israel

Negotiations to stabilize the Lebanese-Israeli border will be held in the coming months under the auspices of the United Nations. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Najib Mikati.

"We hope that in the next three months, we will achieve full stability on our southern border and resolve the remaining contentious issues with Israel," he said. "It will save Lebanon from war, the consequences of which will be unpredictable," Mikati added.
