Ambassador Michael Carpenter, Permanent Representative of the USA to the OSCE, referred to Armenian-Azerbaijani relations in response to the question of the "Hraparak" daily. "We will continue to support and offer meeting places for meetings between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Ultimately, the parties will have to use these venues and the efforts of mediators to help them reach a settlement agreement, but we will continue to do so.
And as for the international principle of safe and dignified return of refugees and sustainable reintegration, we will support that too."
