Referring to the Defense Acquisition Programs Office of North Korea, the "Yonhap" agency reported that the rear units of the North Korean ground forces have received advanced satellite communication systems.
The new equipment should improve the operational capabilities of the army. The corresponding tests lasted 17 months; the troops started using the latest systems at the end of October.
