Ankara will develop relations with Moscow based on its own independent decisions. This was announced by Turkey's Minister of Trade, Omer Bolat, at the session of the Turkish-Russian joint inter-commission on trade and economic cooperation.
As a result of the negotiations, a protocol was signed. On the Russian side, the document was signed by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.
