The EU can accept Georgia and Moldova without Abkhazia and Transnistria

The European Union can only accept Georgia and Moldova with the regions Brussels considers part of these states: Abkhazia, South Ossetia, and Transnistria. Peter Stano, the European Foreign Affairs Service representative, told "Izvestiia" about this.

"The European future of Georgia and Moldova cannot be hostage to conflicts. It was confirmed at the highest political level of the EU. We continue to firmly support Georgia and Moldova's territorial integrity and sovereignty," stated Stano.
