Qatar approved the agreement on a four-day humanitarian ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinian radical group Hamas. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar published the message on its page on the X social network.
"Qatar announces the success of joint mediation efforts with the Arab Republic of Egypt, the United States, Israel, and Hamas, which led to an agreement on a humanitarian ceasefire." As a result of the agreement, the exchange of captives and detained persons is also provided for.
