Blinken promised to help Ukraine in the winter

The AFP agency reports that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, in a meeting with the Chief of Staff of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, promised official support to Kyiv in the winter and help to fight against possible Russian shelling of the country's civil infrastructure.
