EU defense ministers will meet in Brussels on Tuesday, but some of the bloc's pledges to support Ukraine with arms and cash need help.
One of the high-ranking EU officials announced that 300,000 rockets were delivered to Ukraine as part of the rearmament on February 9, and this is far from the announced aid of 1 million rockets.
