"Armenia has not fulfilled its obligations to establish contact with Nakhichevan." Aliev

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev met OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President Pia Kauma in Baku and, among other issues, made accusations against Armenia.
Aliyev, in particular, stated that Armenia did not fulfill its obligations arising from the November 9 announcement and did not create a connection between Azerbaijan and Nakhichevan. Aliyev also noted that these and other issues have remained in the past.
