The Israel Defense Forces announced that it destroyed dozens of fighters and the infrastructure of the Palestinian Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip.
"The ground operation continues. Israeli Defense Army soldiers destroyed dozens of terrorists and the terrorist infrastructure of Hamas," the Israeli army said in a statement.
It is noted that the Israel Defense Forces carried out an attack in the south of the Gaza Strip at night with the participation of armored and engineering units.
"During the operation, the servicemen clashed with the terrorist group coming out of the tunnel. In response, shells were fired at the terrorists, and they were destroyed," the report said.
