"Israel has no right to defend itself because it is an occupying power." On Wednesday, the head of the UN Russia's representative at the UN, Vassily Nebenzya, announced at the extraordinary session of the Assembly.
"The only thing they can muster is continuous statements about Israel's supposed right to self-defense, although, as an occupying country, it does not have that power, as confirmed by the 2004 advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice," said Nebeznya.
