Today, the European Union monitoring mission opened a headquarters in Armenia with the newly appointed head of the EU delegation in Armenia, Ambassador Vasilis Maragos, the head of the EU observation mission, Marcus Ritter, and the President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan.
