"The signing of the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan is not an event that can take place within the framework of the regional 3+3 format. It can happen directly within the framework of the Armenia-Azerbaijan bilateral agreement". Elchin Amirbekov, the representative of the President of Azerbaijan in charge of special assignments, spoke about Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and the current peace agreement negotiations on the live broadcast of "BBC" radio.
"I believe that we have a good chance to complete the peace agreement by the end of the year," Amirbekov added.
