In an interview with Sky News, Israeli President Yitzhak Herzog said that instructions describing the process of producing chemical weapons were found with one of the killed terrorists. According to him, these instructions were compiled by Al-Qaeda and are part of the "official package of instructions" of the terrorist organization.
