Germany will allocate 50 million euros for humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip

Due to the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, Germany will provide emergency aid of 50 million euros. This was announced by German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock during a joint speech with her Jordanian counterpart Ayman Safadi in Amman on Thursday, October 19. The money will support several organizations: the United Nations World Food Program, UNICEF, and the Palestine Refugees in the Near East Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).
