President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev announced plans to settle Nagorno Karabakh in Fizuli.
"With the implementation of the first phase of our "Great Return" project, 22 thousand people will live in the Fizuli region by the end of 2026, and 140 thousand in Karabakh," Aliyev said.
