"The cooperation between Russia and Turkey has reached an unprecedented level,there has never been such a sincere political dialogue in the history of bilateral relations," this "Russia-Turkey, the role of foreign countries in strengthening cooperation" during the round table, which the TASS agency organized, stated the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
"The dynamically developing bilateral relations between Russia and Turkey are based on several key points. First, this is a frank and unprecedented political dialogue of the highest level.
