"There will be no electricity or water in the Gaza Strip until the kidnapped Israelis return home."
"No humanitarian aid to Gaza, no electrical switch will turn on, no water pump will open, and no fuel truck will enter until the kidnapped Israelis return home," Israeli Energy Minister Israel Katz wrote on his X page.
