At the meeting with the heads of the National Security Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the CIS member states, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev referred to the Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and peace negotiations.
Aliyev, in particular, stated: "We are ready to continue working on the peace treaty within the framework of regulating relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. If the Armenian side rejects Russia's mediation, direct negotiations between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia can be an alternative. We will analyze any other platform, considering the attitude of the countries that offer their services to the truth, not to Azerbaijan, but to truth and international law."
