On the initiative of the Armenian side, a telephone conversation was held between the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadir Zhaparov, and the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan. Nikol Pashinyan announced that he will not participate in the summit of CIS leaders in Bishkek on October 13.
