"Armenia needs border liberalization more." Secretary of the Council of Azerbaijan

Ramil Usubov, Secretary of the Security Council of Azerbaijan, stated that the signing of the peace treaty is more in the interests of Armenia.
"The appeals of Armenian society to open a new page in the country's history give hope that Armenia will strive for the signing of the peace treaty with Azerbaijan as soon as possible. Armenia must now sign the peace treaty and demarcate its borders. Our borders have been taken under full control, and strategic positions that may threaten security are under the full control of our military," Usubov wrote in an article published in the official newspaper "Azerbaijan."
