Azerbaijani mass media reports that Ilham Aliyev refused to go to Spain, where his meeting with Pashinyan was supposed to take place on October 5 with the participation of the EU, France, and German leaders.
According to publications, the reason is France's position and Paris and Berlin's disagreement to participate in Erdogan's meeting.
