During the meeting, the importance of conducting joint exercises of the naval forces of Azerbaijan and Iran in the Caspian Sea in the future was emphasized. A preliminary agreement was reached in this regard.
The parties also discussed the prospects for the development of military cooperation between the two countries' naval forces.
