In today's briefing, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani commented on Turkish President Recep Erdogan's latest statements about receiving positive signals from Iran regarding the Zangezur Corridor.
"We agree to develop the transport routes so that the interests of all the region's countries are guaranteed. But, at the same time, we emphasize that we reject the change of international borders and are against any geopolitical change in the region. We have expressed our position on this matter transparently and clearly," Kanani stated.
"We welcome the regional dialogue within the framework of the "3+3" format and continue consultations with other countries. We are ready to do our best to solve the Caucasian problem," the MFA spokesperson added.
