Iran may transfer hypersonic missiles to Russia in October. ISW

In mid-October of this year, Iran can reach an agreement with Russia regarding the transfer of missiles. According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), this could happen on October 18, after the expiration of UN Security Council Resolution 2231, which prohibits such agreements.

Ukrainian and Israeli intelligence reports indicate that Russia seeks to acquire Iranian "Fateh-110" and "Zolfaghar" ballistic missiles. Both have a range of 300 km or more.
