Rovshan Rzayev, chairman of the Azerbaijan State Committee on Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, held a meeting to discuss the return of Azerbaijanis to Stepanakert.
It was mentioned in the statement that the created situation will soon affect the return of Azerbaijani "displaced persons" to Stepanakert.
