Lavrov and Bayramov discussed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, border demarcation and other issues

The Foreign Ministers of Russia and Azerbaijan, Sergey Lavrov and Jeyhun Bayramov, had a telephone conversation. The parties discussed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, issues of humanitarian aid, and ensuring the rights and security of the local Armenian population.
Ways to implement tripartite agreements at the highest level for 2020-2022 were discussed regarding developing a peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan, the demarcation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, and the unblocking of transport communications.
