The US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, had a telephone conversation with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, reports the Azerbaijani mass media. It is noted that the telephone conversation took place at the initiative of the American side.
The Secretary of State emphasized that there should be no more military operations, to which Aliyev assured that there will be no military operations.
