US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken had a phone conversation with Ilham Aliyev again, emphasizing the inadmissibility of new violence.
"President Aliyev announced that there will be no new military operations, and we expect him to be faithful to it. Aliyev announced that he will accept the international monitoring mission. We expect him to be faithful to it," said US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller.
