French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna tweeted that they are ready to send emergency aid to Nagorno Karabakh.
"Mountainous Karabakh. All my thoughts are with the victims of the fuel depot explosion this evening. France is ready to send emergency funds. "Azerbaijan should ensure the immediate access to humanitarian aid," the Foreign Minister wrote.
