Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Josep Borell discussed the situation in Nagorno Karabakh. Borel wrote about it on his Twitter microblog.
"We talked about the next steps of EU-Turkey relations before the report that I will present to the European Council. We also discussed the extremely worrying situation in Nagorno-Karabakh," Borell wrote.
