"The headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol was shelled," Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev announced on his Telegram channel. "The enemies launched a rocket attack on the naval headquarters, and the fragment fell near the Lunacharsky theater," he said.
Emergency services arrived at the scene. Information about the victims is being verified.
