On September 20, the President of the Council of the European Union, Charles Michel, called the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
Michel described suspending anti-terrorist measures as a positive development and expressed hope that the ceasefire would be maintained. Charles Michel also called the meeting scheduled in Evlakh positive.
